My first time boarding so didn’t know what to expect but more than this. In my eyes, don’t waste money on luxury suites. They are not so luxurious. Plus advertised w TVs for sound to help nervous dogs except they never turned them on. I had to call an hour after dropping them off asking they get their blankets and food bowls. I had to call again another time as one dog was missing. After they went to look he was found under bed where he stayed the whole time. I had labeled food containers each day for each of my two dogs.
