Meadowbrook Apartments has been my home for almost 3 years. I am very sad to leave and move to North Dakota, as they have been absolutely wonderful to rent from. I highly recommend living here. It is peaceful and they are very respectful of your space. Thank you to all at Meadowbrook Apartments, you all are wonderful people!
I am so grateful to be a resident at Meadowbrook. I recently had a major issue- a big emergency water leak in my bathroom and fully expected it to take days to resolve. To my surprise & huge relief, maintenance was incredibly quick to respond & fix the issue. They had everything sorted & repaired within just a few hours. This level of efficiency & professionalism is a testament to how well this property is managed. Thank you to Meadowbrook team for the fantastic service, I highly recommend living here.
I just moved out of Meadowbrook after 4 years of living there and I can honestly say I really enjoyed my time there. It’s in a pretty, quiet, nice neighborhood. If I ever had a maintenance issue, the property manager responded to me very quickly and maintenance was done in a timely manner. The complex itself is clean and kept in good condition. I lived there for a year and my neighbor above me was really loud. The landlords didn't do anything about it. They said they would let me out of my lease early, but I wasn't the one who was the problem. They charged me $75 to replace the blinds and the toilet seat! They aren't supposed to charge me for those. Stay away from them and don't waste your time. They also charged me $100 late fees for rent from August to December because I don't get my social security until the second Wednesday of the month. They are bad news.
This review doesn’t belong to this apartments but to the ones they own on Third Street. Overall, the apartment is nice, they take care of any issues that arise in the apartment itself and surrounding areas, but I have a particular problem with my next door neighbor, I have called multiple times about him smoking pot in his apartment because the smell from his apartment comes to my apartment making it all pot smelly, but it seems like they don’t care one bit.
