If you are looking for a nice quiet apartment complex this is it. Cody in the leasing office was top notch and answered all the questions and didn't leave anything out. There are some reviews about extra fees. But all of that is brought to you up front. There was nothing hidden in any of the fees. I had a minor issue when I moved in with the toliet, but it wasn't major and was fixed immediately. Everything was super easy and seamless moving in. Will recommend this place 100000xs over!
I’m not a resident at Granada, but my apt complex has the same parent company so when one complex is understaffed, they share staff. I had the pleasure of talking to Cody from Granada about a few issues I have at the complex I live in, and he couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful! He was friendly, helpful, genuine and professional, a great example of customer service!
Amazing experience from start to finish! Cody made the whole process so seamless and answered every question I had. Loving my new apartment!
