this is not a good place to live want to kick someone out just because she wont go with the guy owner around town sorry but that is gross and uncalled for and put a lock on the water just because and turn power off sorry thats not cool.....
Yes, my daughter has an apartment there and hopefully will be out soon! I think a police investigation needs to take place with regards to not only the land lady but, the maintanance man - I really think it is illegal to enter an apartment without notifying the tenant first but, to enter while the tenant is home and in the in the shower should be considered criminal. Trying to move out of this complex now, and the landlady is making it as difficult as possible. She is a terrible person and will keep all the deposits you give her. She has her office all decked out in Christian things and has Christian music playing at all times, but acts like a greedy money monger that has no compassion for the poverty-stricken people that move into low Income apartments like the ones she owns, and she will do everything she can to bleed you of every dollar you have. I know people who reside there and they report all types of issues with landlord, maintenance and drugs all over apartment complex with no efforts to remedy, continue to allow those same people who had meth lab seized rent from them!
Horrible landlady that has no respect for her renters and if you dont fit her standards shell make living there so impossible youre forced to move out and shell find any excuse to keep the deposits. Do Not Rent Her if you wish to stay out of a financial nightmare
