Worst place to live . Once something goes wrong they take forever to fix it . They had a extremely bad bedbug infestation on my row . They have these warm bugs that come come out in everyone apartments once it gets cold I thought it was only mines until my neighbors and a friend of mines said they had the same problem around here . The roofing is old so once it rains my ceiling gets wet and drips down . Plumbing is bad in my basement my toilet leaks the apartments are so old and they are exspensive really not worth it . Living space is okay but management and the rental office treats tenants horrible. When you call maintenance they get irritated (they have roaches) and it's family owned so you have no one to report it to. I'd also like to add that they are very biased and everyone is treated differently I've heard them talking about other tenants horribly myself.
I do the floors there. If your moving in, request an apartment with new floors, they look really nice
Have lived here for 16 years maintenance is the best ever my only complaint is in the winter and the way the complex is laid out getting in and out is a problem because do not plow throw sand down melts some then refreshes and becomes rusty thanks for the new windows almost sound proof.you guys are the best

I have lived here since 2004 and just love it. They are always nice and if I have a problem it is fixed in no time.The only problem I have is I wished they had double sinks in the kitchen. I don't care for dish washers to much. I am old school wash my dishes by hand.
