I lived at this property for five years. The first two years were generally positive; however, things declined significantly after the main manager changed to someone named Steph. Maintenance issues were not handled in a timely manner. For example, when there was water leaking from my ceiling, my repair requests were delayed for weeks, and I was met with frustration for following up on an urgent issue. I've lived here forever, 21 years; nice safe area close to Fish Creek Park, fair sized apartments, good layout, fair rental prices, freindly professional staff (all of them, past & present), prompt service. Treed area, shopping & buses nearby. Some are a bit dated inside, so we match! Much better than the new tiny places with no view or character. Thanks to all staff.
No maintenance and buildings are getting run into the ground
Worst place ever to rent from. Office staff gossip about tenants and share private information. They are lazy dont clean sidewalks dont salt them. not allowed to use back doors. Steph is the worst she is not even licensed and should not be in the job. Rob the maintenance guy is a freedumber and is a horrible human and does nothing in the complex. Wil the other maintenence guy is just dumb and has no idea about plumbing. Its a terrible terrible place Fire April 1/24 was due to electrical so we are suing as they also will not ... read more
