This place was a wonderful and peaceful place to live until the new management company took over a few years ago. The manager Andrea in the office is RUDE! This place has a snail infestation, rats, mice, ants, spiders, and roaches. When you tell the manager she says, "Well we spray the property every so often so you shouldnt have bugs". Never offers a solution. Good luck trying to get a work order completed. Not only will it take MONTHS, but their maintenance crew does the sloppiest jobs ever.
