Last week I scheduled a tour for a 1 bedroom for my daughter who is moving out and had to show up early due to some scheduling conflicts and the manager (I think her name was Ray) was super accommodating and understanding. I had a really positive experience living at this apartment complex.The grounds were kept clean, and it’s clear that it’s been well cared for over the years. Maintenance was always responsive and handled requests quickly, which made a big difference in day-to-day life. The management team was professional, friendly, and easy to communicate with. The manager, Rei, is always a delight to speak with. I appreciate her upbeat demeanor and professional tactics. She is always very sweet and kind when I call the office. I also have kind words for the two gentlemen from maintenance that took care of a couple work orders that I had recently. Then they came to my apartment, they worked efficiently and were professional and kind in the process. I am very happy with the timing and thoroughness of the work as well.
Absolutely have loved my time here, the property manager Rei has always gone above and beyond to make sure my home life was nothing short of amazing. Even the little things like making sure to work with my crazy work schedule when it comes to inspections to making sure my garage got fixed immediately when the bar came off. She is super helpful and easy to talk to! Always makes you feel welcome when coming in for any reason at all! She makes it an easy decision to keep renewing my lease!
