Not a good company to rent from. They do not advertise that this is a smoking friendly apartment complex so we found out after our bathroom started smelling. We repeatedly tried to get them to get the tenant below us to smoke not in his enclosed bathroom but to no avail. You will have to buy your own snow shovel because they will make you scrape your own deck. Ants were a big problem that they kind of solved weeks after we requested maintenance. I Moved my family there back in 2021 seem to be good but soon things would break down or go out like celing fans kitchen lights ac go out fill walls with water paint bubbles n causing drywall to become disformed paint to rise maintence is incompitent neighbor toilet backed up causing water damage to celing in bathroom their fix spraypaint.....if you have packages coming from anywhere they will stick papers on all building to reroute your mail the new hired redhead property manager shows sign on discrimination wouldnt recomen... read more
Do not rent from this company. We were great tenants, always paid rent on time and were never a problem and they still tried to charge us $1000 in “extra damages” when we moved out. Save your money and time and go somewhere else.
Not to worrysome of my personal info being out there to warn the general public of the inconsistent communication from this corporation. And my basic info is public info anyways. The situation begins with me noticing my job not paying me for a full week on our most recent pay day, June 3rd 2022.
