Having lived there for 2 years I can say that Meadowview is one of the best places I've lived in. The staff were responsive, helpful and considerate of my needs as a tenant and I appreciated the girls at the office for their consistent follow-through on our request and concerns. The property manager Shana is particularly helpful and always wears a smile. I would and have recommended them to friends and family. If you are looking for an affordable and well-maintained living space give the girls at the office a call.
The management staff is very knowledgeable and very professional. The move in process was easy and the apartment was very clean. The area is close to shopping malls, restaurants, and stores. Maintenance comes very quickly when something needs to be fixed!

I’m really happy here at meadowview! The grounds are very well kept and the inside of the apartments are newly renovated and upgraded to perfection! The location is very desirable.. minutes to shopping, restaurants, Austin landing. It’s truly a very sought out community!
Been here almost 17 yrs. Seen alot of managers come n go ... maintenance too ... feb. 8th 2000 is when I first moved here. Been here since. It's okay. Needs a good manager in that there office to take care of some issues... I myself know one big one...
