Rent too high if you plan on living here no matter how many people you have. Parking is terrible with the terrible drivers we have in Rochester. Laundry room: the washer and dryer machines don’t even work or are not properly installed after an “upgrade”. Make sure to double secured your garages because a lot of robberies and broken walls have happened here before.
The team was very kind and accommodating, showing us a number of different units across their properties. Even though we ultimately decided on a different property, I still feel as though they deserve a shout-out, especially Daniel.

Daniel was very helpful giving a virtual tour and. answering all of my questions!
Daniel did a great job giving the tour. He had a hard job with all the remodeling going on and nothing ready at the moment with almost the whole place in disrepair. I hope it looks good when it’s done
