Kinzie was excellent
One of the worst designed apartment complexes I’ve ever been to. First of all, the main entrance is NOT located on the main road like any normal apartment complex… you have to go around through the back to find the entrance. Once you get in, the building to your left is Building #12 and the building to your right is Building #10??? I’ve been here a year and maybe 3 months now and I must say at first I had no issues at from staffing, payments, amenities, work orders I mean literally everything was all good!!!!! BUT NOW I HATE IT HERE! I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE FACT ALL STAFFING HAS BEEN CHANGED OFFICE AND MAINTENANCE WITH NO REGARDS TO THE TENANTS COMFORT AND SAFETY! I HATE THE FACT THEY HAVE UPDATED THE LOCKS AND NOW MY AC UNIT HAS BEEN TRIPPING!
