Eric, the property manager is excellent! The Property is clean and extremely well maintained. Any time something needs done he's on top of it. For example, the wax seal on the toilet started leaking. We told him at 6pm on a Tuesday and by 9am the next day a new wax seal and brand toilet was installed. Meadow lane village apartments is a excellent place to live.
I lived here for nearly 2 years. Eric was the best landlord I ever had. He was so fun to talk to and when there was problems which was almost never he was super quick to respond and resolve. It’s a safe and quiet community and located right across from the golf course. The only con of the apartments is the lack of air conditioning. Make sure you get a very nice portable air conditioner because it gets warm if you are in an upstairs unit.
