I lived there for a year and no one ever came for an inspection. The neighbors kept to themselves and the heating and ac worked perfect. And the only part for me is they only require 2x the rent. Definitely a place I would live again. And to add, there were absolutely no bugs.

Not a safe place!!! My lights ( yes lights) leaked. The maintenance dudes bust a pipe upstairs. Flooded my whole house. For the water damage, they just spray painted everything. Including all of my belongings! Look at my kids shoe!!!! Unacceptable! Who’s replacing this stuff? That renters insurance that’s required!? Covers nothing, clearly. Not even repair to the apartment! This is not a safe place to live. They have taken away amenities yet have raised the rent astronomically over the 2 years I lived there. Roofs have fell in, large infestation of roaches and bedbugs, and countless unresolved maintenance issues where me and my spouse have taken it upon ourselves to do our own maintenance and pest control.
