This is not a safe place to live. They have taken away amenities yet have raised the rent astronomically over the 2 years I lived there. Roofs have fell in, large infestation of roaches and bedbugs, and countless unresolved maintenance issues where me and my spouse have taken it upon ourselves to do our own maintenance and pest control. Edit: they made a genuine effort and actually came to try n repair some things. Every time they fix something, something worse breaks. I’m still waiting. This stuff is falling apart. I have received 2 eviction letters in error. The lady “covering” the front desk claims to know nothing. It’s a long one!!! I should’ve listened to the reviews!!! Everything keeps breaking. I had to update this review. I thought things would be different with the new management, well don't hold your breath. I'm sorry that 200 people read my review when it was good, because we were all lied to. They have me still waiting for months and months to fix so much that they have neglected. We were supposed to get this apartment cleaned up and re-done, and what we got was a horror show that has so many violations, there no way this passed inspection, no way, that was definitely fraudulent and illegal.
