This place has very poor business practice. My husband and I were trying to buy a home through the broker on site, we put in an offer, it was accepted, they told us the next step was to apply for the lot, which we did and got approved (we payed for this application fee) she (Yasmin) told us “you should be in the home next week” the next day when I called to confirm when we could move forward with the purchase and move that house we had gotten our offer accepted on had been sold earlier that day. My family lived in this community for 8 years, and it truly became home to us. When we first moved in, we were a family of four, and during our time there our family grew to six. So many important memories happened in that home, which made it very hard to say goodbye. There was a time under previous management when living here felt very stressful. Good place to live for a while, great community!
The new manager has been so much better than all the previous managers. He will give more warnings than issue an automatic fine. He works with you when it comes time to renew your lease. He is easy to talk to. I would give more stars if there wasn't so many water issues. There have been so many leaks, main pipes breaking, water goes off temporarily. Raised the lott rent by $400 for repairs but still haven't made any changes in 5 years.. Water is always off and they don't care if you speed through the complex, even Casey the manager speeds through here. Casey also fines you if you're not his friend since he lives on the property or has your property forced mowed because your grass is 2 inches tall for a fine of $100 and they pay the lawn service guy $25.
