Decent neighborhood in beautiful Keller.
This use to a fairly good place to live. Now that we've had a winter storm here. We've been told that maintenance would be here 3 or 4 times and we still haven't seen them. Tired if being lied too. July 1, 2025 I have seen a lot of changes in the community. The main one for me was the water issues and the parking on the side of the roads.
My wife and I have been residents here for 4 years and we have seen tremendous changes take place here within that time. Those changes could not have been possible if it were not for our new Property Manager. The maintenance team here is on top of the needs of its residents and I mean these guys are hard workers, on call and actually answer and respond when a emergency is needed. In the time I have lived here it’s been a great little community. Pretty quiet most of the time, which I was really surprised about. Since I’ve been here there’s been many times the water has been shut off for repairs, but the community is great about letting you know when they are doing repairs so that’s been a good thing. I have had a few things stolen from my property, which isn’t surprising, considering. Other than that I have very much enjoyed living here.
I mow my yard myself every two weeks.they just mowed my yard. I am very upset I have brand new siding. It wasn't do to be mowed until next week. I do not have a least but was working on getting one. Now not so much. 4 years they have never mowed. I find this to be outrageous.
