Meadow Glen is a great place to live! I have lived there for the past four years and have always found it to be a safe, quiet, and peaceful community. And it's gotten even better since Ken Johnson became the community manager! His wise and patient ways have greatly improved communication and relations between management and the residents. Meanwhile, Tom and Kurt continue to provide the residents with excellent maintenance services while Yasmin keeps the office running smoothly. I would recommend this community to anyone!
After living on this property for nearly 30 years, I cannot count the positive changes that have been made in recent years. The new manager, Ken, is the best I've seen yet. The office manager, Yasmine, is always pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. Last, but not least, the maintenance crew of Kurt and Tom are awesome!! Decent neighborhood in beautiful Keller.
This use to a fairly good place to live. Now that we've had a winter storm here. We've been told that maintenance would be here 3 or 4 times and we still haven't seen them. Tired if being lied too. July 1, 2025 I have seen a lot of changes in the community. The main one for me was the water issues and the parking on the side of the roads.
My wife and I have been residents here for 4 years and we have seen tremendous changes take place here within that time. Those changes could not have been possible if it were not for our new Property Manager. The maintenance team here is on top of the needs of its residents and I mean these guys are hard workers, on call and actually answer and respond when a emergency is needed.
