I live here! Wonderful place. Most neighbors are friendly! The man who runs it is amazing! He’s friendly, caring and very very understanding! Beautiful homes and some stunning gardens! Very active area, kids everywhere when the suns out. Great schooling area. Nice place to live! I do recommend!
Tom and Kurt that do maintenance at meadow glen are great! I appreciate their kindness and always being on top of fixing things in a timely manner and helping my mom who lives there. They really go above and beyond and couldn’t say enough great things about them!! Thank you Tom & Kurt & all the meadow glen management!
This company scams their residents. Lied to about having to purchase trailer instead of continuing to rent, refused to redo my lease for 3 years after roommate abandoned the home, requested mediation because the new manager was extremely hostile and ignored agreements/arrangements regarding sheds, stole property from inside and outside my home, and then evicted me for not signing a new lease with all bills 100% paid promptly for all 6 years of residence (judge was presented evidence and ignored, paid for by Yes! Terrible customer care 2 people tried to apply to live here because they wanted to buy a mobile home that is currently stationed here and was on sale not by the office and they kept denying no actual reasoning they just want the business they want to purchase the mobile home themselves do a whole upgrade and resell it! TERRIBLE!!! I understand it’s a business but it’s also a affordable home for some people and it’s a great opportunity and option, sucks that you guys have to be so greedy!
