We enjoy living here! The park and dog park here are nice and clean. There is a lot of nature surrounding the apartments. Management and maintenance is quick to respond to any issues you may have.
Meadow Creek is a great place to live! Management team is wonderful, and easy to speak with. Rent is reasonable for the area and I feel safe with my kids and pets! Maintenance is wonderful and the grounds are always well-kept. Would recommend!
DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. The staff here are rude and unprofessional. The hidden fees have become ridiculous. There seems to be a new one every other month. The newest one starting 2025 is lease violations will result in a fine of 5% your rent. The complex does not feel like a home. Some people seem to have special privileges and do not have to follow the lease. Examples are dog breeds that aren't allowed, working on cars in the parking lot, and loud music all night. All the while, the complex is sending out threatening hostile... read more
Terrible management. They are rude nasty vulgar people who only want to collect your money.
