Just moved in and the maintenance team has responded quickly and effectively with checking ceiling fan operation and installing new bath tub faucet and handles. Both maintenance personnel (Ed and Eddie) are experienced and very kind. I’m impressed with their workmanship and timeliness!
Just rounded out my first year here and have no plans to leave anytime soon.. first and foremost everyone I've had to ever work with has been wonderful. The ladies of the leasing office have always been extremely pleasant and very attentive. The same can be said for maintenance, in particular Ed. He is always so helpful, and nice. He never misses a chance to say hello even when hes busy. Charlotte and Elaine were so helpful from day one- and I have been here for almost 2 months. Still helpful, kind, and sincere. I had a maintenance inquiry on Christmas Eve eve, just an inquiry- and he was there within the hour. I didn’t expect that. Friendly and gave me helpful advice about my apartment. Again, Elaine helped me with this as it was my first request. The renters portal is extremely user friendly and there are plenty of communications about everything. Thanks so much!

My son and I have been living at Meadow Creek apartments going on our 4th year. Just want to say we really appreciate the thorough maintenance repair. We had an emergency situation and Ed the maintenance man came over and fixed our clogged sink that was also leaking underneath. Ed did a great job and had no negative complaints since he was called on the Monday night after completing a full day of work. Thank you for your help and hard work!
