Ed and Pedro great Maintenance people. Not much to be desired in the leasing office. They have attitude issues in office.
I have been living at Meadow Creek apartments for nearly 3 months now. I have had no issues while living here. My building is really quiet. No issues with noise. The leasing office is really quick to address any maintanence requests. The maintanence guys are polite and professional. The leasing office is very responsive with any questions or concern. Ed and Pedro great Maintenance people. Not much to be desired in the leasing office.
This place has gone downhill since the Mgmt. we had when we first moved in left. The Mgmt. in there now is definitely not my cup of tea. A bit of unsavory people. Walls are thin and you can hear everything. We had to report our neighbors numerous times when their dog was literally breaking down the door to get out because they left him home so much. The marks are still on their door. The office would rather us just live with it day and night and not get sleep if someone's dogs are barking at all hours of the night. They are ... read more
I have lived here for over 10 years and it's always been a pretty chill place to live. For the past year or so though, new management has taken over and it's just been steadily more and more frustrating. The maintenance team is great and very friendly. Ed is super nice. Since the new management however, I've notice some very negative things. 1. They have given our info to third party companies and are trying to force us to use them. There is a pet app they are forcing us to pay $30 a year to use whether we want to or not. Th... read more
