I have never left a bad review for any business until now. It took 4 MONTHS to get my glasses! Exam on Oct. 18,2020. Received glasses Jan 21, 2021. I had to argue to get the high quality lenses I paid for. They tried to pass off thicker and lower quality lenses which was not the first time they did this to me. My glasses are very expensive so I am very aware of the process. Make sure you are getting what you ordered and paid for! I will not go here again. The exam was very good but the purchase of the glasses was very bad.

Dr. Isaacson really listens to his patients. I have sensitive eyes due to having Type I Diabetes, and he trusts that I know myself and my disease best and he helps me make the best decisions for my eyes. I feel heard and cared for by everyone at Mead EyeCare.
