I normally don’t do reviews but I was very unpleased with their horrible customer service. When I first stepped to the front to check in, I stood there for almost a minute before I was greeted. No, hello ma’am give me one second or anything. While going to the back to get vitals done and reason for my visit the medical assistant who I assumed she were— was very nasty nice, rude and was not patience at all. Jackie. Dr Patel Jordan and Terri. Richland MEA MEDICAL CLINIC. RICHLAND MS where so kind fast and friendly as they where knowledgeable. I live in Cordova TN at work in ms and at 5pm i called to see if I could get seen before they closed at 6 and they said yes and stayed until 6:20 to make sure I got all the necessary treatment for my condition and allowed me to drive back home and recover with a dr note for work. I've been many minor meds but none exceeded the experience at this location. Highly recommend 👌 👍 👏 🙌
