The staff have always been kind and professional. They are quick with scheduling, answering phones or any concerns I may have. Dr. Vega is the absolute best! 10/10 recommend.
The rudest people up front I've ever dealt, with, I got there at 8, for a simple drug screen, people ( who they knew) they greeted with a joke and a smile, but not me, it was 5 other people there for a drug screen, and I was there first, and of course they just skipped me, then when I asked, the woman caught and attitude and so did I, because I will not be disrespected and talked to like a child, after our highly contested conversation, they called me next, will never go back
I went to MEA Richland ms for some leg pain. Well let me tell you my leg is not even hurting anymore because of how pissed I am. This punk doctor the acted like he was above everyone there Dr. VEGA came in my room immediately acting extremely rude to me acting like I was there to try and get pain meds. I told him about my pain in my leg and that I spoke to my friend that was an internal medicine doctor. He recommended i ask for a contrast CT scan. I went to this location for a DOT drug test and was told I didn’t provide enough urine. The staff member handling my test became irritated instead of explaining the process, although my interaction with the other staff members was good. I chose not to argue, but the situation felt unprofessional, and it’s not a place I would choose to return to.
