Extremely slow and unhelpful. You will wait hours for no good reason.
I love MEA everyone there is always nice has a smile on their face all the time. You can get in and out no problem. All your questions are answered and never ever are made to feel less than for asking them anything. I recommend MEA if you want the down home family feeling from your medical professionals. I won't go anywhere else.
They might as well just fire everyone and shut this place down! The staff is rude, the wait is insanely long. Came to get paperwork to close a case and 2 hours in, I’m still waiting to be seen after having an appointment. Find someplace else to get treatment. You’ve been warned
Appointment was at 8:45. Didn’t get moved into the exam room until an hour later. Been sitting in the exam room for fifteen minutes with no one coming in. Also had a herniated disc & my husband told them I needed to be seen immediately as I could not sit for long periods of time. Despite making an appointment, still forced to sit in the waiting room for two hours & the exam room for another hour. Was crying in pain the whole time and no one cared. Slow, slow, slow. Been here 2 hours with only 4 people in front of us. 1 hour with no one being called back. Do not seem to have a lot of care about sick people having to wait. Lots of people milling around in the office, receptionists not helpful. Update. Moved from front waiting room to a tiny waiting room in the back. 2 hours 45 minutes. Still waiting! Never again.
