God aweful.I purchased software from them, only came with a disk and installed it. Then it asks me to call in their office for a serial number to activate it. I freakin BOUGHT the damn thing already. Now I am (as I am typing this) on hold for 30 minutes to get something that shouldve been in the box. This is bull. Im also filing a complaint to consumer affairs.
