Since the first day I met Nikki I was absolutely floored by the radiance and positivity she exudes. Her love and care for others translates remarkably through her yoga sessions. Suffering with endometriosis makes it hard to do any physical activity (due to pain management ) but Nikki has helped me to find strength. Nikki is the most nicest, caring human being!! She is so passionate for yoga and her energy radiates through her teaching. Throughout the year I joined her class, I truly learned so much from her with regards to self care and wellness. I also gained a friend. I wish her the very best in her journey. I love Ms Nikki! First time attending one of her classes and it definitely will not be my last! I’ve learned so much from different poses to different breathing techniques that can be used! Ready for the next session 💜
