I came in as an emergency client. My ponytail was slipping and Ms. P fixed it for me on the spot. Everyone was friendly
Let’s be clear. I only gave two stars because the customer service is cool. The guy was high vibrational energy, but where I’m Confused at is I requested a silk press he did all the right steps but clearly didn’t have the right products. I did come in with a bit grease in my hair because I Took out braids prior to my appointment I would imagine as a stylist you would know what to do in that situation like use a degreaser like dish soap or clarifying shampoo but instead he continue to flat iron my hair with the grease in it, ... read more
