Really loved the energy and creative soul of the stylist M. Unfortunately I did not get the look I asked for, and my hair was bleached and damaged in the process. I know we all have off days, but it did not feel like the stylist was aware of the problems during the process. I wish the stylist all the best, but also wanted to share an alternative experience to the 5 star reviews.
