Pizza was good but was absolutely appalled at their service. Called for a pizza for my lunch break, was told it would be about 25 minutes so I went ahead and ordered it. 40 minutes later I finally got my pizza with no time to actually eat it. The real kicker was watching the employees. I physically saw one associate WATCH the phone as it rang until it would stop. I work in this shopping center but would rather pay for a pizza to be delivered than to return. Will be contacting the manager in the morning.

Repeatedly, this specific Me-n-Ed's offers a disappointing customer service experience. For the past several years I have ordered food, mostly for pick up, and had a negative experience. Mostly, it's the employees and not the food that disappoints. Luckily, there is no shortage of pizza parlors in Visalia.
