I went in during my lunch expecting to eat. I called in my order for dine in and was on hold for 5 minutes before I got there. They told me it would be about 30 minutes. Once we got there we paid and sat down with our number and waited. We sat there for 45 minutes before one of the employees came and asked us what our order was. He then went back and the employees pulled our order off the oven and attempted to put it back in the oven. This is the second time they’ve done this to us. I can't even get into it all. Way too much drama over a $15 pizza.... my passport is in my maiden name, military debit card in my marital name. No pizza for me... was treated rude, and got a pizza at different location without my presence. Corporate tried to say they're protecting me when I have a military bank and veteran wife background. Come on! I had i.d.!!!! My social is in the maried name and still my passport covered 2 forms of id for employment. Not gone go there but maybe it was discrimination? Like, why?
I’ve been waiting 3hrs for our pizza, and my kids haven’t eaten dinner and they need to be in bed soon. Furious!! Horrible service

Pretty sure someone had a piece of my pizza. Delivery driver said "That's just the way it's cut". Nope, someone took a bite.

They need to focus more on cleaning there tables, we sat at our table for 30 min before they came and wiped it down, and that's because I had to ask again.
