Absolutely incredible experience. Briana took the time to really understand what I wanted, gave me a fantastic cut, and created natural-looking color that immediately drew compliments from my friends. I even stopped for pizza afterward, and the manager complimented my hair before I got home! She also carefully styled it, recommended the right products, explained exactly how to recreate the look myself, and even typed up detailed instructions for me. Brianna Nicole did amazing! I was nervous getting my hair cut after it grew back from chemotherapy but she made me feel very comfortable! My hair looks great afterwards and she took the time to teach me how to style it and even text me to check up on how my curls were doing later! I’ll be back!
This is my experience. If I could, I would give a -10 star review. Totally unprofessional. Cancelled twice without any warning. Second time we were inside the shop waiting for you after confirming the appointment via your generated emails. We all have issues in life, some big, some small, but it’s how we deal with them which counts. There is no excuse for this behavior, especially when you claim/advertise to hold such high standards and charge a premium for your service. 女女 9 months ago I would not recommend this salon based solely on my experience with Brianna. She did not listen to my requests and instead cut nearly four inches shorter than I requested. With curls, this will take awhile to grow back. Other reviews of other stylists may be accurate, but I will not be going back.
I've received haircuts from Susanne for a few years now, and I always love how my hair looks and feels afterwards. I get a boost in confidence thanks to these haircuts. :)
