Such poor service... how many times can someone call, only to receive the same information over and over. No record of my order, then says they called 10 times to schedule and have no record of any more than two calls, both of which I answered. I confirmed a time/date and automated call came the next day, looking for me to confirm a later date and time that is a week further away... this has been weeks... Sending out invoices for services that are not requested, I have never spoken to a representative or requested anything from their parent company (MDX Group) or the VITARANK branch. I received an invoice directed to Accounts Payable for $399.00.

I am beyond disgusted with the service I have received from this group! I have been attempting to receive a call back since Friday 12/9/16 and today is Wednesday 12/14/2016 and I have been calling daily and told daily that I will receive a call back and NOTHING. This is VERY POOR customer service and horrible way to do business.
