It was great from start to finish. My phone call was responded to quickly. They had the posts I needed and sold them to me in 10 minutes. I live 2 and half hours away. Mike delivered them the next morning. He even took time to explain a couple of things to do when I install the post. Great company wish more were like this.
I ordered 1-inch square aluminum fence connectors. I ended up having to pay $20 for shipping and when I got them they measured 1-1/4-inches. Nowhere on the website do they list the "actual" dimensions. When I called to return these items I was told I had to pay for shipping again to get a refund. On top of that, their customer service department never called me back when I left a message 4 days earlier so I had to continue to try to track them down. I will not purchase from this company again.
Always responsive, Shane, Collen, and Kara are quick to provide pricing and information. Very helpful and able to provide clarity for unique/one off products. MDWST is a great fence resource!
This company was great to work with and made sure we received our order promptly. All other suppliers were at least 4-6 weeks out on receiving material, and even longer on building our gates! I definitely recommend them. Ask for Kara 😊
