Excellent customer service. I'd recommend anyone to use them if your repairing or installing a fence. I called ahead twice and they had everything ready for pickup by the time I arrived. Thanks again for all your help Kara.

Collin is very knowledgeable and helpful. He goes above and beyond to make sure I have what I need when it comes to fence materials. I greatly appreciate what he does and I couldn’t do what I do without him. Hopefully Midwest Fence understands that they have a very great employee that takes care of his customers. Keep up the great work.

It was great from start to finish. My phone call was responded to quickly. They had the posts I needed and sold them to me in 10 minutes. I live 2 and half hours away. Mike delivered them the next morning. He even took time to explain a couple of things to do when I install the post. Great company wish more were like this.

I ordered 1-inch square aluminum fence connectors. I ended up having to pay $20 for shipping and when I got them they measured 1-1/4-inches. Nowhere on the website do they list the "actual" dimensions. When I called to return these items I was told I had to pay for shipping again to get a refund. On top of that, their customer service department never called me back when I left a message 4 days earlier so I had to continue to try to track them down. I will not purchase from this company again.
