I scheduled an appointment over a month ago, after 2 weeks I received a cancellation email from the EDH branch and they said to show up on the same day/same time in the Folsom branch, I got a day off from my job to get my 1st dose, when I showed up over +40 people was on the line and of course a lot of them without an appointment! then after 45 minutes of stay in the line, one of their staff said that only second shots were being given out. So not only my day off wasted, now I should start over and find another place!
Similar to others, I scheduled my first COVID vaccine at MDSTAT several weeks in advance. I was originally scheduled in El Dorado Hills, but that was canceled and transferred to this location. I arrived at the time of my appointment to find a line wrapped around the building, and people were being told it was for their second dose only, and not the first. This office is permanently CLOSED! No one answered the phone so I made a trip there and found out. They could have notified people via voicemail.
I came to get a medical record, but the day I showed up they said their system was down and they couldn't help me. They promised to call me back within 48 hours when the record was ready. 12 days later still no call back. Don't try to call them either, they never answer the phone...it will go to voice-mail, but the voice-mail box is always full and you can't leave a message.
