Don't go!!! This is the only place that forces you to give them a credit card and sign a paper that it can be charged for any upaid balance, That is all fine if they would give their patients a heads up of when they are going to charge it and for how much. They won't mail you a bill or email you to let you know how much and when. They just take it upon themselves to take what they want when they want from your account.
