Absolutely terrible customer service have called multiple times and no return calls. My spouse has called in regard to medication and it’s been a month and nothing. TERRIBLE
If I could give this review a 0 I would. I’ll start by saying that. My fiance and I established this office about a year ago as our primary care APRNs. We loved them. Fast, easy, friendly, warm… however the last 3 times I’ve had to interact with this office has been humiliating and more importantly unprofessional & lacking empathy. First time, took so long for the office to request a pre authorization for an MRI that I had to do it myself. We’re talking weeks. This place is horrible. The lady in the front was nasty and unprofessional, so i went off on her and she decided to go complain to the most unprofessional and horrible doctor Chong and he banned me from returning, after decades of going there, i am beyond disgusted in these people. He couldn’t possibly care less about his patients
