Hello, I am a disabled senior citizen. I was a customer of MDR for many years when they were located in Westwood. While they were there, I never had any issues. However, when they moved to Encino and hired a new staff, their policies and service changed far enough for the worse that I stopped going there and felt the need to write this review to warn their current and potential customers about them.
