Horrible pharmacy and liars!!!! They called me at 4pm yesterday rushing me to pay for a prescription, which I paid at 5:50pm, after that I see my credit card is not charged, this morning they called me again, saying now it’s gonna be same day delivery, the delivery fee is around $200, the delivery fee alone!!! As a medical provider, I could not believe it!!! Never use this pharmacy!!! Will be reporting them to the BBB asap
HORRIBLE PHARMACY!! Their " quality assurance" department lack empathy and is unprofessional! If you say you're going to research my issue and will call back within 15-20 minutes, I am holding you to that... call back! I should not have to call your dept back after waiting 2 HOURS! Was left on hold for 30 minutes just trying to schedule a delivery for a medication.
MDR was the preferred and suggested pharmacy with my fertility clinic. I price matched everywhere but they were by far the best! I have used a few other fertility pharmacies during my journey with infertility. Although, MDR does it differently! The communication and support is unlike anything I've experienced. The peace the unboxing video gave me was so important. And to know I could call any time with questions.
