I recently visited MDR Pharmacy. It was a great experience. The staff were nice and welcoming and provided helpful information about my medication. 5stars!
I'm pretty irritated with these guys..... We just had to ordered medication for the second phase of a costly procedure from these guys and were charged $10 for shipping (the pharmacy is in L.A. and we're in Long Beach, mind you) on a $300 order. It felt egregious so I inquired about it. The pharmacist told me only orders above $500 qualify for free shipping. EXCUSE ME!? We just $3k for medications a month ago. RUDE! Called to inquire if they have a medication in stock and The pharmacist yelled at me that they don’t carry it and then hung up, unnecessarily, rude and obnoxious avoid this place.
Getting the medication ordered was easy. However, the medication did not arrive when it was supposed to and wasted a significant amount of my time. When I got the notification that the package had been delayed I immediately started contacting the pharmacy to try to get a solution. I was bounced around and had multiple people get an attitude with me. If I’m paying this much for medication I expect it to arrive on time and if it doesn’t I expect much better customer service.
I have ordered from MDR multiple times and have been very pleased with my experience each time. The customer service was excellent, prices were the best I found and shipping was always fast and reliable. I highly recommend MDR.
