MDLive is absolutely the worse online service. I waited over 30 minutes was asked 100 questions. Then she repeated the questions 3 times to verify the information. The call happened to be disconnected she called me back to tell me the appt had been cancelled therefore I had to reschedule another apt. And go through this all over again. Need I say more. This is a Cigna Healthcare scam. The doctor they connect you to will refuse to prescribe even the most simple of medications. Then after the doctor does absolutely nothing to help you Cigna will bill you for it. This should be illegal.
