Don’t even want to provide one star but had to to post. I’ve even been nice and not made this post until now… Have had a whole chaotic fiasco with MDLive since December 2025. They denied my insurance and required me to self pay for a therapy and psychiatrist session even though it should have been covered. App says it was covered, my insurance said it was covered, etc. Even booked these original appointments directly through my Cigna app with the co-pay listed for them as $0. This is regarding my experience with the behavioral health team on this platform, and the stony silence of their so-called "client success" leadership teams. I had found the best BH provider on this platform. Due to changing Medicare coverage that they didn't accept, I would only have access to my long-standing provider if I paid the extremely high self-pay rate, which was out of reach for me. The WORST telehealth experience ever. They said wait time was 10 minutes or less and 3.5 hours later they canceled and said no providers available in state of FL. Total joke. Tried again the next day thinking it was because it was an evening/weejend the day before. Nope, had the same exact experience. Terrible when you have a sick child. They recommend for you to do nothing and just wait around if you catch a neuroinvasive virus rather than them pay for an antiviral treatment. They're advising people toward death and disability so they can save money.
MDLive is absolutely the worse online service. I waited over 30 minutes was asked 100 questions. Then she repeated the questions 3 times to verify the information. The call happened to be disconnected she called me back to tell me the appt had been cancelled therefore I had to reschedule another apt. And go through this all over again. Need I say more.
