Paid the $89.. I have a UTI. Dr told me she couldn't help me. I needed to go to an Urgent care. Call ended. Still got charged. They said that I would get a call back within 24 hours regarding a refund, and it's been over 48 hours.
I would have given it zero stars if it were an option. The setup on their portal asks specific questions and then connects you with a doctor who tells you that they can't treat you because you answered those specific questions.In a specific way. The app knew the doctor was not going to be able to treat me.But they charged me a copay, anyway, and will not refund.
53, had many upper respiratory infections over the past 35 years of my life and was always prescribed basic antibiotics and a steroid or inhaler. My online nurse provided nothing but an annoying “bed side” manner but yet still made the company money. Well done, never again.
MDLIVE cheated me out of $600. I'm 74 and have Blue Cross Blue Shield Medicare PPO. They should have filed with BCBS for two telehealth visits but charged my credit card. Five months of making calls, writing letters, and even trying to dispute the transaction with my credit card company have failed.
