I purchased a vehicle from MDJ Grayson, January 16, 2024, today day is April 10, 2024, I am still waiting to receive my title for a car I paid for in full, I call they tell me to come to the business and he never showed up. BEWARE!!!!
Horrible attitude from the owner. He is dismissive and lies in the customer review replies to dismiss complaints if all kinds, blaming customers. Just an abhorrent business. Will have an altercation with you over the phone if you disagree with him. Nasty
I was sold a car here and less than 7 days the motor was already blown. I tried to get some resolution but the owner was being rude and didnt compromise with me. I have 4 kids and **** isnt easy to come by.All I ask is if he can replace the vehicle, replace the motor, or refund me my money. I dont have anything to loose
