I have used MDINR for 2 years. I have had excellent service, all of my supplies are on time and the people I have been in contact with have been professional. Hold times are typical, we all want service immediately. I have not been on hold more than 10 minutes. I don't have to call much as my supplies are automatically sent. So I don't know what the problem is with all of these negative reviews.

The most unprofessional customer service I've ever had to deal with. I'm only trying to keep my mother alive. Trying to get supplies is difficult. I dont recommend using this horrible company. Good luck people.

Called and spoke to 3 different people and told my test strips will arrive within 5 busness days. Month later still no strips. Totally incompetent company to handle your testing needs. All remarks indicate the same problem. Find a different company with better ratings.

I have been with this company for several years. Basically, they are horrible. As long as you're reporting your test results weekly and have no issues everything is fine. As soon as you have a problem or need to ask a question, prepare for long hold times with crappy music interrupted every 10 seconds with a recording telling you how important you are to them. I wish I had looked at these reviews before agreeing to getting this Monitor. I was told that they didn't get their paperwork signed in time for the deadline for Blue Cross to cover this. Instead of paying $32/month as a copay, they told me it would be $80/month but I could cancel at any time. This was during the height of the Corona Virus and I was scared to go to a medical facility to have my INR done. Last week I received a bill for nearly $571 after paying them a monthly $80/monthl. I would give them a -30 if I could. I have attempted to have my mother's meter switched to a different model. The doctor's office has faxed the form over 6 times now and they say they don't have it and there is nothing they can do. I asked for an email so I could make sure it went and they refused. I have been doing this for about 4 months. Don't use them.

SCAM! Do not use this fraudulent organization. Most importantly, INR testing is life and literally death for those of us who have already suffered strokes. Unbelievable scam on patients, familes, and our various Health Systems physicians. I have tried for 3 months to get their daily calls to stop. (56 calls thus far, even on Thanksgiving, Christmas, NYears.) Asked several x for a supervisor, they are always "out of the office". Today was, "all supervisors are at lunch". I have tried to cancel my service and return the test meter. This was 6 months ago. The company is still billing my insurance company, sending me a bill for the copay. No representative from their company has contacted me about the return of the test meter. It is my position that Mdinr is either incompetent or on the boundry of insurance fraud.
