Stay away from MdINR If you want to stay alive. Their ordering supply system is broken and completely unreliable. Nineteen days have passed without INR testers. Incompetency at all levels. Paced my order three times starting 1/26/24 and two more follow-up calls with a live representative on 2/6/24, and again on 2/15/24.. Look somewhere else for the sake of your health and life!

Worst company! For the past 3 weeks I have done my INR at6:30 am. My provider did not get results so I have had to call my PCP with results. If you are a day late doing your INR you get automated messages that they can not turn off even after you have done your INR. I am looking for a new service

According to the MdINR Frequently Asked Questions page on their website: “Our intuitive secure patient website allows you to easily record your latest PT/INR from anywhere with an Internet connection”. I could not find it and called MdINR. They admitted it is not available. This is just plain misleading advertising. When navigating to the Orders tab in the phone App, I always got a “system under maintenance” message. This is the WORST provider of any kind I've had in my life. Customer service is non-existent.Their IT systems must be from the 80's. Billing can't keep the address of the insurance company or my insurance ID number correct from bill to bill. If you do work with this clown car of an operation do not even THINK about changing insurance because the new insurance will not receive the invoices and you'll get bills that are several months old along with the nasty letter saying you know you are past due!! Not sure how this company stays in business. No one answers the phone, no one answers voicemails, no one answers emails, reps do not answer texts. We have been trying to contact these numb-nuts since Thanksgiving and we get absolutely no response. All we get is bills for services that have not been provided since mid-November. Their equipment is so badly calibrated, the testing equipment at Walgreens give us a result about 10x more accurate. Great concept but poorly executed in the extreme. Must be run by a Junior High busin... read more

Very dissatisfied with your Company and service provided. For months you have not forwarded my results to my primary doctor. Doctor has requested that I call in my results because they are not receiving them from you! Ordering supplies is a crap shoot -- good luck getting what you ordered. Got 2 orders with everything I did not need AND did not received what I order. This was after request to a representative of the Company. Worst company I have ever had dealings with by far. I was assured by two of the companies employees that my insurance would cover all but 23$ per month for the services that I would receive each month. I based my decision to go with the companie's services based on the discussions I had with those representatives. I was then sent a letter two weeks after I had a home consultation with a representative to show me how to use the equipment that I would have to pay a $1000 deductible first before insurance kicked in resultin... read more

I don't understand all of these negative reviews. My daughter, sister, and I all use MDINR and have never run out of supplies. Reporting results is easy and supplies are automatically shipped. One small problem is that they periodically ship the pipettes which I have told them I don't use or need. I donate those to the local anticoagulation clinic which is happy to receive them.
