Fast and friendly
With a late night MRI scheduled, I don’t expect a smiling face or kind disposition at the front desk. So when my expectation was proven correct, I wasn’t offended. That said, the technician was amazing, kind, and understanding when I made a “metal” mistake. Mortified. But I have to wonder how many “bigger” guests are received here. I get my weight is my problem but I had an MRI at an Oxnard location and was NEVER made to feel like my weight was an issue for a “tight fit” in the MRI machine. Check in was easy. Half the paperwork was already filled in for me. Front desk staff was friendly. I got called back not long after my appointment time. The radiology teck was so kind and patient. I would return if needed.
