July 16, 2026. I am again long time customer. Called because A/C stopped working overnight. Dave sent out someone (Adyn) and diagnosed that the issue was the Capacitor in the condenser unit outside stopped working. Dave and Adyn were kind, knowledgeable, and very accommodating, providing a minor furnace repair that got our house warm again on a frigid day. Adyn took the time to respond to my curiosity about how our furnace operates — and didn’t judge our cluttered basement! I’m grateful for their help.
