I called on Monday 3/16 to schedule an appointment, then I’m told to come on 3/18 at 1pm. I get here at 1:02pm then sign myself in, wait about 25 mins then ask why it’s taking long, then I’m told that I’m a walking in and apparently I didn’t make an appointment, I then showed the staff and the desk my phone call made on Monday to which then they ask me what I was here for and what I needed. Shouldn’t they have had asked that in the first place? Very poor management.

I called here multiple times to ask to speak with a doctor or make an appointment EVERY TIME I RECEIVED NO ANSWER. I decided to walked in to inquire about being a patient and was left standing there in the lobby for over 25 mins being completely ignored like I was invisible. When I finally spoke up the lady behind the counter she was very rude and dismissive she asked “why do you want to come here”. Catrena S 1 review 14 minutes ago New No words, just one star. Never returning to this office again and I'm sure they're glad about it. Jeny is extremely rude. I found them to be unethical, rude and with no compassion. Dr Dat should do better. Enovix Pain "DON'T ' CARE. My wife uses to be a patient of this establishment. You noticed I said USES to be the staff is rude. They are know-it-alls. They won't let you answer questions even though they ask them. If you want a doctor that I disrespectful and unattentive this is the place for you and Dr Dat Duong is your man. I don't trust these people with my wife and her well-being. If you decide to patronize this business, good luck with that. But because I care so much about people I wouldn't advise it in my opinion.
