We received information from friends in Jasper Highlands about Matt Cole and decided to contact him about building a home for us. Matt was very nice and knowledgeable and LaNita was awesome and so friendly. Our friends had worked with another builder and felt their communication was horrible and the quality was sub-standard. We are excited to move forward with MDC Homes when we purchase our land!
