I am very disappointed with MDA Discount Drugs. My mother-in-law has diabetes and depends on her medication every single day. Because of the way the pharmacy calculates refill dates, they only gave her 28 days of medication. October has 31 days, which means she ran out of her prescription before the month was over. We called the pharmacy multiple times to explain the situation, but they refused to adjust the supply according to the calendar month and did not provide the extra doses needed. This pharmacy has been preparing blister packs for my mother for four years. However, they have shown great negligence toward the well-being of an elderly patient. My mother has been without her medication for two days now. I have contacted the pharmacy staff several times, but no one has taken the issue seriously. My mother still does not have her medicine, and her blood sugar levels have risen dangerously high today.
