Horrible service, tried multiple times to up-charge on several not needed.. Tech had no clue how to calibrate a windshield….
0 stars. Dishonest and Dismissive. I Chose Them for the 5-Star Reviews. I Regret It. Like many others, I hired M&D because of the glowing reviews and competitive pricing. At first, everything seemed fine. My artificial turf was melting from sunlight reflecting off my windows. M&D said they had a solution and quoted $650 to install a specific ASWF window film on two windows, with a 3-year warranty. The installers were polite. But the turf was still melting the next day. I first met Daniel three years ago when he tinted the windows for my business. I can’t say anything better about the process- he was professional, on time, thorough, and gave me a fair price. Installation was perfect and easy. My windows are still in immaculate condition. After my home was burglarized a year later (the police thought maybe the burglars looked through the windows and saw I wasn’t home), I knew I had to call Daniel. Daniel and Jose did an excellent job on our house in San Pedro! They were very professional, honest people that showed up on time and were very efficient on the job. They tinted 16 windows for us and they look fantastic! Daniel provided top level customer service and great communication about the job. I highly recommend them for your next window project.
