The front desk staff is completely USELESS!!!!! On 3/3/19 I went to this facility because I was in excruciating back pain. I was visibly unable to stand up straight. While dealing with my pain, I totally forgot to take my insurance card with me (new card so they wouldn’t have my info on file). One lady, at the front desk told me that I would need my insurance to be seen. Great place, very competent doctors and staff. Courteous, while actively listening to the patients needs.
Just had a great conversation with Dr. Lupow explaining how the billing system works with the insurance company. Very friendly and helpful place. Happy to have them in the neighborhood.
Very nice place. Never a long wait time whenever I come here. Pleasant and friendly staff. It was cold in the bathroom. I thought I saw a penguin under the sink. But other than that, this is a great place.
