Mayra's been cutting my hair for over a year. She does an excellent job. What I really like: 1) She listens to me and cuts my hair the way I want it; 2) She remembers what I want, so I don't have to tell her every time; 3) I get the full spa treatment; and 4) She's really nice and enjoyable to spend time with. Also, since she's her own boss, there's no worries about whether the "barber shop" management is going to run this stylist off. I'm very glad I found her, and I highly recommend her to anyone with hair. :-)

I have incredibly thick hair and have always struggled to find a stylist who can cut it properly. Mayra is extremely knowledgeable and experienced, she used techniques I've never seen anyone else do to bring out the natural texture of my hair and give me a fantastic shape and volume. Mayra is the best person to go to for men's textured scissor cuts.

Clean, convenient & very friendly! I brought my fifteen year old son to get a style of cut and Mayra was very helpful and informative. I’ve never been able to find someone who has the passion for hairstyle and techniques . She takes her time and evens out all angles and is very friendly. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER! Thank you Mayra! :)

Absolutely love this place! Me and my family were recommended to her from another barber due the fact that he was no longer doing haircuts and shaves and she was willing to do one for my brother, who is special needs so it is always tricky to get anyone to work with him. But, he loves going to her since the first visit and so have the rest of us! For my brother, he get a good stylised haircut and an old fashioned shave. I've been going to Mayra for a few months now, along with my two teenagers, and have been very satified. We're also lucky her salon is so close in the Campbell/Coit area. Mayra has not overbooked, as is typical for most salons that can keep you waiting despite having an appointment. And of course, she takes great care and time to get a cut that satisfies the both of us. In the past, I've gone to brand name salons that for various reasons just can't seem to keep their staff.
