Number one when I arrived I was not greeted two or three customers walked in after me they got greeted after I acknowledge myself to them they stated to scan the code and I could use a tablet me being 65 years old I don't know how to use a tablet the front desk lady was no help she was being very smart and snappy I did not like the procedure of the tablet and using the scan code for the phone for us elderly people I would not recommend that after going back the service was amazing the phlebotomist or whatever she was was gre... read more
When a patient goes to urgent care they assume they will be taken care of asap Knowing you are a previous patient However not here you have to scan the QR code & start checking in on phone & if you don’t understand something God forbid you interrupt the person behind the desk No smile no common courtesy not helpful to a patient feeling ill lack of professionalism
Had no interest in my long history with ear infections. Can't look at someone in a single point in time with no other context. This is the place I have to go to, so I will just bare with the pain until I'm forced to go back.
Really great experience. The Nurse that helped me was very professional and competent. She drew my blood and I didn’t even fill it. I didn’t catch her name but she had said she was from Argentina but everyone there was nice
