Very efficient, kind & thorough treatment w/ follow up as well
I went in to this office for a sinus infection and was given a COVID test. The last time I was as there for the same symptoms I was not given a COVID test. Just wondering why
My 93 year old mother needed a urinalysis and we were kept waiting for four hours…and the office had only seven or eight other patients. We had to sit outside for a couple of hours because the office was so cold, We found out later that even once they take you into the exam room, there were several other patients still waiting to see a PA. Once in the exam room I asked for a blanket for my mom and they gave me a PAPER one.They are either extremely short staffed or totally incompetent.
Overbilled. They sent an exorbitant $600 bill to us after they billed our insurance JUST for strep test and prescribed antibiotics for my child. I will also be filing a complaint with the attorney generals office.
