I struggle with a place that doesnt follow the plan with companies about drug screens, and who ask you to aggree to things the employer says the company is responsible for - front office lady lacks politeness even for not following the written plan my employer provided

Dr. Krenzer is an exceptional physician. He is patient and highly competent. He communicates effectively and explains prognosis impeccably. My only regret is that Dr. Krenzer is not my PCP.
