The staff was friendly and helpful. The process was a breeze from check-in to diagnosis I was there less than 45 minutes. They called the next morning to see how I was feeling. I’ve never had a doctor do this at an urgent care. I was very impressed and will definitely use their services in the future when I need.
I recently had to check in here due to having cold symptoms and was greeted by Cashay at the front desk, she was extremely helpful and polite. The front welcome area was clean and neat and I felt like I was safe from exposure to anything anyone had. Upon meeting the MA Jaileene she was friendly and caring while checking my symptoms and taking my vitals and was genuinely nice and patient with me.
