I needed help with a prescription for an antibiotic used to treat pneumonia. I was up front about that, but they refused and said I had to go to the hospital. I informed them I couldn’t afford to go to the hospital and had no insurance, but this was a reoccurring issue that usually happens once a year and all I needed was an antibiotic. In the end they had no problem taking my $180 copay and just sending me on my way without helping me get the antibiotics needed. Literally amoxicillin would’ve worked. Very helpful and dr explained all options to me and treated me professionally. Receptionist was very nice and and helpful as well.
receptionist and nurse practitioner were extremely rude. Both had very bad attitudes and did not want to do their job. Nurse practitioner was also asking my medical history and was very judgmental.
I usually have a long wait but not this time. The receptionist was very helpful as well as nurse and doctor.
