Went in to get treated for a persistent 5 day cough and was treated promptly and professionally. Doctor was lovely. Hopefully I won't have to go back to an urgent care ever again, but if I do, I'll be back at my neighborhood urgent care. The waiting room was clean and they give free bottles of water while you're waiting so that's a plus.
Front desk lady is unprofessional. She asked if I needed to update my contact information I told her my new number and she never put it in . Due to that I failed to know my results after a full week she was too busy singing the radio music in the back. I could also hear everyone’s information being talked about while in the doctors room.

This place provides excellent care! I truly felt like a real patient that they were concerned about. Anna, Joceilyn, Jeannette and Keenan are all amazing.
