The appointment was extremely quick, eventho I walked in without any.. people are nice and caring! It changes from other long waiting cares. Thank you Keveen ! Weird to say but it almost was a pleasure to go to hospital 👌
I stopped by MD Now Urgent Care in Brickell for a hand X-ray and had a really good experience. Keveen was professional, friendly, and made everything quick and easy. He explained what he was doing and put me at ease right away. Definitely recommend this spot if you need urgent care in the area!
The staff at the front on Thursday 7/16 at 8:45am was extremely rude. She was not accommodating at all and was very dismissive to all of my concerns. As a patient your #1 concern is privacy and being comfortable in a safe and it was not here.
