Dr. Malone is very rude & does not care about her patients. She is never available if you have questions or concerns & doesn't authorize prescriptions in time. I wish I could give zero stars
New patient here. Went in for an EEG in the office, results were negative (didn't see anything abnormal) Next visit was for a 72 hr EEG where they hook you up and you wear the electrodes for 3 days. The machine that's connected to it died out on the 2nd day. I had to go online and see how to charge it, I charged it up but it only went to 30%, then I couldn't get it to start recording. Wow, where do I even begin! Today is 8-16-2024, I called the office to try and continue to get some help for my ongoing issues and referrals. I was hung up on when I expressed my frustration that I have waiting for their help on a referral for a PET scan since my Dr. Eileen Justo diagnosed me with Alzheimer’s back on 4-18-2024.
